Homebuyer Eligibility Requirements:
- Must meet income eligiblility requirements. Income may not exceed 80% of median income(see chart)
- Must be first-time homebuyer
- Must be able to get a bank loan for at $100,000
- Must participate in 8 hours of homeownership training
- Must be able to reside in home for at least 10 years

Housing
The housing division provides assistance to homeless families with its permanent housing New Promise Program designed for chronically homeless individuals, and affordable housing for individuals and families who meet the income guidelines.
