Outreach Services
This division of the agency provides emergency assistance to low-income Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester Counties residents meeting the program guidelines. Assistance is limited to preventing termination of water and electric services. Help is also available for medication and food. For more information contact the department at 843-724-6760. Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
