Outreach Service
This program provides emergency assistance to low-income Charleston County residents meeting the program guidelines. Assistance is limited to preventing termination of water and electric services. Project Pride/Dress for Success
The goal of Project Pride is to remove barriers to employments by providing the necessary resources for low-income residents of Charleston County to succeed in the job search or job application process. Rural Transportation
This program provides transportation service to clients that live in the rural areas of Edisto Island, Wadmalaw Island, Johns Island, Parkers Ferry and McClellanville. Participants must meet socioeconomic guidelines for program assistance. For more information contact: Shelia West at 843-734-6763
Title XIX Medicaid Transportation
Title XIX Medicaid Transportation program is designed to provide services for Medicaid recipients of Charleston County who need transportation to health care service providers. To request rides, Medicaid recipients should call 843-792-6558.
Transitional Housing

Weatherization

Youth Education Enrichment
